5.8 Earthquake in California Chino Hills! That was posted in my personal family site yesterday. What a shock. My family live there. It did not take me long to phone and see if they were all OK. Yes! Some major shaking and loss of land line phones. Some electricity down for a while. The University (where my SIL works) shut down for inspection for structural damage, but otherwise no problems. I was just so relieved to hear they were all OK.
If this had to be I am glad it was now and not next week – our youngest son and his family are leaving in a couple of days to vacate there. I wish them a wonderful time, and do hope everyone can connect while they are down there.

Between the fires and earthquakes they have there hands full!
wow I sure hope we do not have any of that excitement while we are there.
